Standard Features
- 3 - 4 x 4 treated skids on 8' buildings
- 5 skids on 10'–14' buildings
- Garage-rated floor with framing on 12" O.C.
- Wall studs and rafters are 16" O.C.
- 1/2" Dura-Temp Siding
- 5/8" or 3/4" treated plywood on the floor
- 1/2" sanded plywood on the roof
- Vents
- 25 year shingles
Standard Door Openings
- 8' Wide Buildings—50" wide x 5'10" high
- 10' Wide Buildings—64" wide x 6' high
- 12' and 14' Wide Buildings—72" wide x 6'4" high
Policies
- Free delivery within 50 miles ($2.50 per loaded mile after 50 miles).
- 10% minimum deposit required on order.
- Balance due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
- 10% cancellation fee.
